I pursue my profession as type designer and graphic designer with great passion and I am always seeking suitable, unique design solutions which fit the individual requirements and conditions of a project.

Content driven design

It is important to me to get to know the client and his specific request in order to be able to develop the ideally fitting design for the respective project. Next to aesthetics I set a high value on designing a project in a way that supports the reader/user in understanding the content being communicated (Information Design). The design of a project depends strongly on the particular content (content driven design), no matter whether it is about the design of a corporate identity, a book or an image folder.

Type design

My type design skills give me the freedom to act even more individually when developing a design project. If applicable I develop the lettering of a logotype from scratch, or I adapt and improve an existing typeface in detail according to the client’s requests. I also develop complete type families suiting the certain needs of a project. An exclusive typeface can be of great value for a large company in strengthening its corporate identity.

Typography consulting

I give advice to companies regarding the choice of their company typeface and I collaborate with graphic design studios and agencies in the development of whole corporate designs and lettering of logotypes.
