We were honoured by winning the renowned
iF Design Award in Gold.

Willerstorfer Font Foundry is one of Austria’s leading and most successful type foundries based in Vienna. Our first two releases, the type families Acorde and Sindelar, raised international interest and were critically acclaimed for their design and quality. Among the numerous trophies these type families have been awarded, are highly respected design prizes such as the prestigious Red Dot Award: Best of the Best, the renowned iF Design Award in Gold, the Communication Arts Award of Excellence, and the coveted German Design Award.

Addressing global and individual demands

Our type families are used around the globe for various purposes and in diverse circumstances. Their names are registered trademarks and the design of our type families are registered as design patents. For our customers, this means that they possess a product which is not only unique regarding its design but is also legally protected.

In order to stay in contact with our valued customers, we prefer that they purchase our font families directly at willerstorfer.com and we are happy to provide them with advice regarding different purchasing options. We are interested in hearing about our customers’ requirements, needs, and wishes, be it extensions to existing font families in weight or character set, or new fonts addressing certain needs. Of course we also like to hear what our fonts are actually being used for. Feel free to send us samples or pictures of your font applications.
